    Organized by China International Engineering Consulting Corporation and Intex Shanghai Co Ltd, managed by Shanghai Tian He Convention & Exhibition Co Ltd, “2010 Metro China” will be held from May 19-21, 2010 in Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC).Starting from 2002, this exhibition is the leading trade show in Chinese urban rail and rail industry. . To provide better service, the following free or favorable services are provided to all our distinguished exhibitors,

1.Exhibitors’ brief introduction or product briefing both in English and Chinese will be published on www.metro-china.orgfree of charge from July, 2009 to May 2010.(If you are our exhibitors, please send your company briefing both in English and Chinese to intexzhong@sh163.net, marking “2010 Metro China-company briefing” in the subject.)

2.Exhibitors’ briefing both in English and Chinese will be published free of chargein the Catalogue.(Word limit: The number of all the English and Chinese word shall not be more than 200.)Please send the content to shanghai.chloehua@gmail.com (with the subject of “Catalogue Registration”) before Mar. 31, 2010. Please refer to Exhibitor Manual which you can download in “Download Area” in “Service” in this website.

3.The Organizer will have opportunities to publish quite a few articles in most relative trade and public media to promote not only the exhibition, but also our exhibitors.If the exhibitor can provide some interesting articles or some useful information, the organizer will have the articles published free of charge.You may contact with +86-21-62958367 and send your articles to intexcl@sh163.net.

4.All exhibitors’ websites can be linked with www.metro-china.orgfree of chargeuntil June 2010.Please send your banner (126*60pixels) and your website to intexzhong@sh163.net and tell us your requirement of the size of our banner in your website.After we put your banner on www.metro-china.org, please also put “Metro China”’s banner on your website.By the way, please mark “2010 Metro China- free web link” in the email subject.

5.Show preview will be made by the organizer in September in 2009.All the exhibitors which have turned in their Contract for Space will be listed free of charge in this show preview.The show preview will be sent to targeted organizations, companies, institutes, scholars, individuals in USA, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Japan, Korea and China, etc.

6.A badge-scan machine will be provided favorably to Area S exhibitors.During the show time, Exhibitors can scan visitors’ badges.One month after the exhibition, a detailed database of your visitors will be presented to exhibitors in Area S and Area A.(Please fill in Reply Form 10 in “Exhibitor Manual” and have it sent to Eastfair Technology Co Ltd on a charged basis before Mar. 31, 2010.)

7.All the exhibitors which have factories or construction sites in Shanghai can contact with the organizer to apply for Field Visits Point free of charge.If you have the chance to be chosen as a Field Visit Point, you will obtain the following free of charge,

    a.free advertisement by the organizer in trade media before the show time

    b.the organizer will organize professional visitors to visit your factory or construction site on May 21, 2010

    c.after the exhibition, a detailed feedback from visitors will be provided to you free of charge

8.Please fill in “Exhibits” in Contract for Space to make it possible for the organizer---Intex Shanghai Co Ltd to provide a free matchmaking for your company before, during or after the exhibition.

9.The organizer will make some Show Previews 2-6 months before the show time and will have many reports and advertisement opportunities in professional media both home and abroad.If you would like your new product, new technology to be included in the show previews and some of these reports freely, please send these Brief introduction together with a picture to intexzhong@sh163.net.The picture file is required to be named as “company name--new product name” and its size is ideally to be less than 500K.Besides, you are welcome to put your product briefings in the press room on site the exhibition.
