Organizers are in charge of the overall design and effect of the exhibition. Decorations inside of the stands are carried out by exhibitors themselves.

1) Shell Scheme
Taking a shell scheme of 3m * 3m for example, organizers will provide a set of basic facilities, including3 partition boards (Each is 1 meter in width and 2.5 meters in height), 2 spot lights, 1 220V socket, 1 information counter, 2 folding chairs, 1 wastebasket, carpet and a fascia board with both company’s English and Chinese name.

If the exhibitor has special requirement in the shell scheme, please contact the organizer and the official contractor appointed above. Additional charge thus incurred will be borne by the exhibitors.

2) Raw Space Stand
All the basic facilities in the shell scheme are not included in the raw space stand. Exhibitors can choose either the offcial contractor or any other contractor for special booth decoration. For safety sake, raw space exhibitor is required to notify the organizer about its own appointed contractor as well as the contact, and have the booth contracting plan mailed or faxed to the official contractor before March 20th ,2010 for safety verification.

• The partition for raw space booth should not be lower than 2.5 meters and the contracting height shall not exceed 8.5 meters.
• All two-storey, multiple-storey and outdoor stands’ drawings must be inspected. For more details of the specific notice, please contact the organizer.For the overall show image, the raw space decoration is required to be compatible with sharing side of the neighbor booth.
• The raw space contractor is required to pay the ground management fee to the venue (SNIEC)：RMB18.00 /square meter. Meanwhile, the contractor should sign the SNICE Safety Construction Notice (More details in Appendix III) and fax it to the official contractor----ViewShop Exhibits & Display (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, who will offer the contracting permission with the particular contracting badge after all the procedures above.
