Promotion Plan

Advertising Plan within the Industry:

  1. Series of advertisements in main trade media such as: Urban Mass Transit Magazine Press, Urban Rapid Rail Transit, World Railway Magazine, Electric Locomotives & Mass Transit Vehicles, Information of Railways, Urban Transport of China, Road & Rail Technology, People’s Rail News, China Mechanical Engineering, etc.
  2. Linkages will be built between the official website of www.metro-china.org and well known trade websites home and abroad.
  3. Series of Advertisement in “Railway Gazette” Magazine (UK) and “Tunnel Builder” magazine, etc.
  4. www.metro-china.org will be updated and articles extracted from major Chinese rail and metro media will be translated into English and will be put on www.metro-china.org frequently to attract more international buyers to the exhibition.

  3. Will exhibit and visit other relative exhibitions or conferences to disclose the exhibition information and distribute show leaflets or show previews.

Plan of Distributing Show Information:

  1. Show Previews will be distributed through DM, emails or messages, by huge database to Professional buyers from home and abroad,
  2. Invitations and tickets will be sent to international buyers through emails, faxes, mails, etc., by bulky buyers’ database accumulated in the past 8 years,
  3. Show Previews and Entrance Tickets will be distributed through all the channels of our organizers, co-organizers, supporters,
  4. Will cooperate with Shanghai Railroad Society, Shanghai Transportation and Construction Committee, Shanghai International Sourcing Promotion Center, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Shanghai Sub Council, Chamber of International Commerce Shanghai, World Trade Center Association Shanghai, Jiangsu Global Sourcing Promotion Center, Shanghai Retired Science and Technology Practitioner Association, Shanghai Railway Administration Retired Science and Technology Practitioner Association, Shanghai Scientific and Technical Payoffs Promotion Association, Investigation, Design, Consultancy Association, Civil Engineering Committee and so on to attract their members and associates to 2010 Metro China,
  5. Invitations will be sent to leaders, managers from over 20 domestic Metro owners and operation companies,
  6. Working closely with organizers and co-organizers to present conferences, seminars, flower arrangement shows and other activities
  7. Different routes of Field visits will be organized during the exhibition to make audience have an extensive knowledge of Shanghai rail and metro industry through 2010 Metro China.

Pre Exposure on Public Media:

  • Reporters from famous local news agencies, such as Jie Fang Daily, Wenhui Daily, Shanghai Morning Post, Shanghai Evening Post, Xinhua News Agency, Hong Kong Wen Hui Daily, International Financial Daily, etc. will be invited to publish news and information about the upcoming 2010 Metro China one month before the show opens,
  • Will cooperate with www.sina.com, www.sohu.com, www.eastday.com, www.online.sh.cn, www.chinanews.com.cn, www.cdnews.com.tw, www.163.com, www.qq.com, www.cnfol.com, etc. to disclose exhibition information earlier,
  • Column Groups of Shanghai Oriental TV station, Shanghai Cable Station, Shanghai Education Station will be invited to the exhibition to shoot the exhibition, etc.
